Right from the beginning my husband and I were very impressed with what we read and were told about Ray Moving with Mayflower. Within less than 24 hours of requesting information about our upcoming move we were contacted by Bryce whom was very personable. We told Bryce about our dilemma with our move which had to be worked in three stages. First, we had to move out of our present home two months before our new home would be completed. Our second stage was to make sure our furnishings were in a safe climatized storage. The third and final stage was to move from storage to our new home. Bryce reassured us that we could have our furniture crated as the packers loaded them on the truck, then taken straight to their climatized storage area. Once our new home is ready we would just give them a call to set a date and time to have everything delivered to our final destination. Jessica the coordinator promptly contacted us to confirm dates and time and to make sure all questions were answered and if we did have any questions during the process we could give her a call for assistance. We must say, everything has proceeded seamlessly thus far. We are currently in the storage stage.

I am very pleased with my experience. Movers arrived on time, were very careful moving the items, used protective covers for floors. It was a smooth local move. There were some difficulties putting together the bed frame. Rhonda arrived on the next day after I called and quickly fixed it. I will use the company again and will recommend it to anyone.

Your guys did a wonderful job, and I do apologize for thinking they had broken my tables. The wood repairman explained that the glue had given way (over time), at the seems, and I could see that! He repaired it without any trouble, so I was very pleased with my moving experience. Movers were Howard and Andreas.
